Returns and Refunds Policy

Effective Date: February 28, 2025 At Barrelmakingwwi, we are committed to delivering high-quality strategic consulting services to all our clients. As a professional services provider, we do not offer physical products, and therefore, our policy focuses on cancellations and refunds related to our consulting services. 1. Applicability This policy applies to all services provided by Barrelmakingwwi, including but not limited to strategic development consulting, organisational planning, and advisory services. 2. Cancellation of Services 2.1 Cancellation by the Client If you wish to cancel a confirmed service engagement, the following terms apply: Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any work has started, you may receive a full refund, minus any administrative or preparation fees incurred. Cancellation After Work Has Commenced: If work has already begun, you will be charged for all time, resources, and work completed up to the date of cancellation, as well as any non-recoverable third-party costs. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 5 business days before a scheduled workshop, consultation, or deliverable may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service fee. 2.2 Cancellation by Barrelmakingwwi In the rare case that Barrelmakingwwi is unable to deliver a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will: Reschedule the service at a mutually agreed time; or Offer a full refund for any pre-paid fees related to the affected service. 3. Refund Policy Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions: When a cancellation request meets the terms outlined in Section 2. When services have not been provided in line with the agreed scope, and Barrelmakingwwi is unable to remedy the situation after reasonable attempts. In cases of billing errors (duplicate charges or incorrect fees), refunds will be processed promptly. All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval. 4. Non-Refundable Services The following are non-refundable: Completed work and deliverables already approved by the client. Partially completed work where the client terminates the project before completion. Fees for consultation sessions or workshops that have already been delivered. Custom research, analysis, or advisory reports once delivered. Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client, including venue bookings or external supplier fees. 5. Refund Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method used by the client. 6.
